FelixWood trellises consist of thin slats or strips that are joined together and stiffened on an FSC-certified Keruing frame.
The trellises are all of the same height of 180 cm and come in 2 widths: 180 and 90 cm.
The Louvre and Jalousie trellises are opaque with their slats oriented at 45° (openwork).
These garden screens play both an aesthetic and decorative role. Above all, they can be used to delineate a garden and preserve its privacy away from the neighbours' view.
They can also be combined with all the panels of the TRADITION collection. They allow climbing plants to transform your fence into a green fence.
Doors with their hardware are offered as an option for each model.
The CHINON trellis model offers decorative blackout perforated panels that allow light to pass through. Compatible with the panels of the TRADITION collection.
Available sizes: 90x180 cm, 180x180 cm
The LOUVRE trellis model offers perforated blackout panels to protect against neighbours' gaze. Compatible with the whole TRADITION range, you can mix panels.
Available sizes: 90x180 cm, 180x180 cm
FelixWood trellises can be installed either directly on a wall or like FelixWood fencing between 2 posts.
The posts must be firmly anchored to the ground. There are two possibilities to choose from:
Distance between 2 posts: 180 cm / 90 cm
For installation of the trellis on a wall, it must be attached with dowels and a spacer of at least 5 mm between the wood and the wall support. It is important to allow free air circulation along the wall. This also helps to prevent possible tannin run-off on the wall.
The trellises must be attached to the posts with 4 L-shaped brackets (stainless steel).
Make sure that there is a certain distance from the ground (minimum 5 cm), otherwise the wood will be permanently damp.
The posts can be covered with a stainless steel cover to provide better protection from the weather and to avoid cracking at the ends.
